I’ve designed this site to consolidate a range of e-learning resources that I’ve built over the years. Most of the courses and sessions here are used to support my class-room teaching. I offer limited support to external visitors to this site, e.g. if there are technical issues accessing the materials, errors in the materials or if there are areas people would developed. But, I cannot tutor on a 1-1 basis to students not registered at my institution.
So who am I? My name is Andy Davies, I’m a marine biologist from The Department of Biological Sciences and the Graduate School of Oceanography, at The University of Rhode Island in the USA. I work on marine climax communities from the intertidal to deep-ocean and I’ve been lucky enough to develop my skill set in data analysis, visualisation and interpretation in a variety of different software.
